With a BA in Theater and Latin American Literature, I graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia. I went on to study costume design at the Yale School of Drama from which I received an MFA in May of 2009. I have also studied Fine Arts at the University of Buenos Aires and attended beauty school in Center City Philadelphia.

I teach design in the department of Theater and Dance at

Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts. With my theater company, New Theater House (nth), I conduct performance workshops across the United States and abroad. As a freelance researcher I gather images and information for artists in various disciplines from the internet and libraries all over New England.

Currently, I am designing the costumes for Blood Dazzler with Angela’s Pulse Productions. This fusion of dance, theater and spoken word, based on the poetry of National Book Award finalist Patricia Smith, will premier in fall of 2010 as a joint production with The Harlem Stage Company and The Kitchen, in New York City.

Production continues from my studio (i.e. kitchen) in Boston on the comic book adaptation of Romeo and Juliet, inspired by the 2008 production directed by Patricia McGregor.
